Yes, we schedule an appointment to quote all new services to be done at your property. If interiors are requested, we will need you to be home. If exterior-only services are requested you do not need to be home.
How do we receive our invoice?
We email all quotes and invoices through our client portal. We do not bill our clients at the door after service is completed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, Interac E-transfer and cheque.

What happens if it rains on the day of my service?
If the weather forecast calls for rain but it is not currently raining it is our policy to complete the service as scheduled. In the event of heavy rain and/or winds,we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
How do I prepare for my service visit?
We ask that you remove items from around the windows and remove any items that may restrict access to the areas that are to be cleaned. If you need help moving heavier items our technicians are more than happy to help upon arrival.
Do I need to be home for my appointment?
We require our clients to be present when interior work is being done. You do not need to be home if we are only performing exterior services.
Do you use my water?
Yes, we require access to your outside water spigots.
Do you use chemicals?
Our company is committed to preserving the environment and ensuring the health of our clients. Therefore, we do not use any chemicals during our cleaning processes.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend you have your windows cleaned twice a year, spring and fall. For those properties that may require more frequent cleanings, we offer monthly cleaning packages.
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
You should have your gutters cleaned once a year at the minimum . Some areas with higher amounts of foliage may require two to three cleanings a year.
How often should I have my building/house washed?
Once a year is recommended to have the exterior of your building cleaned. This is typically done after the spring dust has settled.
